Ingredients:

-1 to 2 sweet potatoes

-15 grams tapioca flour

-1 pinch coriander powder

-1 pinch cumin powder

-1 pinch red chilli powder

-Salt as per taste

-Baked sev (for garnishing) (Refer baked sev recipe)

Directions:

Step 1

Wash, boil and mash the sweet potatoes.

Add tapioca flour and make a dough out of the mixture.

Step 2

Make round shaped tikkis. Preheat the oven and bake the tikkis at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Step 3

Once baked, top it with ragda (made out of soaked and pressure cooked white peas), cumin powder, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt.

Step 4

Garnish it with chopped onion, tomatoes and baked sev.
