Ingredients:

- 1 small Cucumber               

- 1/2 cup Spinach                    

- 1/2 cup Cilantro                    

- 1 Red skinned apple  (cut into quarters)

- 1 cup Filtered water

Directions:

Step 1

Blend all the ingredients together. Drink immediately.
