Ingredients:

- Spring greens                 1-2 handfuls

- Banana                           1

- Orange peeled                1

- Pineapple                        1 cup

- Blueberries                       ½ cup

Directions:

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a blender till smooth you can add little water just enough to be able to blend them. Enjoy  the smoothie.
