Flax Seed Chutney

Ingredients:

- Flax seeds                              3 tbsp

- Garlic                                     2 cloves

- Curry leaves                           2- 3

- Cumin seeds                          ½ tsp

- Dried red chilli                        1

- Pink Himalayan Sea Salt          to taste

Directions:

Step 1

Grind all ingredients together. Enjoy!

(can be stored at room temperature for 1 day and in the fridge for a week, not longer as the omega 3 fatty acids get oxidised)

Flax seeds are good source of omega 3 fatty acids. Flaxseeds also to lower cholesterol and  maintain a healthy heart. Garlic is a very potent antibacterial, anti viral, anti parasitic, anti fungal food which is also rich in phytochemicals. Curry leaves are a good source of iron while cumin is good for digestion, bloating and gas. This chutney will help you to relieve earaches, headaches, digestive distress, back pain, cough, chest pain congestion, fatigue and candida overgrowth.
