Ingredients:

- Swiss chard 1-2 handfuls

- Banana1

- Pineapple 1 cup

- Apple 1

- Blueberries 1 cup

- Goji berries soaked ¼ cup

Directions:

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a blender till smooth you can add little water just enough to be able to blend them. Enjoy  the smoothie.
