Baked Hashbrowns

Ingredients:

-4 medium sized potaoes

-Salt to taste

Directions:

Step 1

Place the potatoes into a large pot and coer with cold water. Bring potatoes to a boil and boil until just fork tender so that you can grate them with a grater.

Step 2

Pre-heat oven. Drain the potatoes and peel and grate them using the large side of the grater. Place grated potatoes into a large bowl, add little salt to them and toss them until evenly mixed.

Step 3

Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Form the potatoes into patties. Bake until crispy and golden brown.
