Ingredients

Spring greens

(Mixed lettuce/ baby spinach)     2 handfuls

Avocado                                              1

Raspberries                                        1 cup

Orange                                                 1

Mango                                                   1 cup

Cashews                                                 ⅛ cup

Method    

 

Mix all the ingredients in a blender till smooth.

You can add little water just enough to be able to blend them.

Enjoy  the smoothie.
