Lettuce Pear Salad

Ingredients

Lettuce                  1 head

Pear                       1

Lemon juice            ½ lemon

Cranberries             ¼ cup

Flax chutney           1 tsp

Salt & Pepper (as per taste)

Method    

 

Chop the lettuce and cut the Pear into cubes.

Mix all the ingredients together till everything is well coated with the lemon juice and flax chutney.
